We enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, especially its proximity to the Ostrava Arena and the airport industrial zone. The breakfast selection was impressive and included a variety of leaf teas. The staff were professional and the receptionist 

We liked the food and location, no complaints. We had a warm welcome, helpful staff. Only 5 minutes drive to the world of miniatures. The view from the patio...

lobby bar is a very nice plus. the hotel was adjacent to sareza water park and you can walk to the lower vitkovice area. 20 minutes' ride to the airport.

The front desk at Best Western Hotel Vista was excellent, with staff who spoke fluent English and were incredibly helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options

Friendly receptionist, relaxing rooms, enjoyable bar food for fair prices. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Nice local pub nearby with tasty grilled and baked meat. Helpful staff, garage parking with CCTV. Easy

No telephone in the room to call the reception, no independent heating.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

Front desk employee did not speak english ! No elevator from the ground floor to the first floor, unacceptable when you are heavily loaded with luggages. No wifi in the room (cable only). Expensive shuttle service to the airport (2 times 500 Vzech Krones). When I cheked in, I informed about the early departure time the following morning (4:15 am). I paid for the beakfast because I was told it was no problem to leave early and have breakfast at 4:00 am. W R O N G ! I was not even given a cup of coffee, conclusion is that I paid for nothing the breakfast, no reimbursement possible ! I do not recommend as I feel deceived and abused.

Friendly staff, great dinner atmosphere, good music, and quality food presentation. Pleasant restaurant service. Amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Super friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyable bar's food for fair prices. 

The hotel's location, not far from the tram, and close to the motorway, makes it a convenient stopover point in this city. We appreciated the amazing breakfast and the very nice staff who were helpful and made our stay
